We manufacture from a purpose built factory in Christchurch employing over 30 staff with the majority of our cylinders being exported around the world.

Our company is committed to employing highly skilled staff and the latest machine technology. This has lead to the development our own integrated software systems and other specialised equipment for our manufacturing processes.

Our design department is staffed with professional engineers developing specialised cylinders to our customer’s specific requirements. This includes stress and fatigue analysis and 3D models to incorporate into our customer‘s design models. We have available a range of “off the shelf” stock cylinders or we can manufacture to your requirement as per our Technical Catalogue.

Quality and delivery are high priorities for our company. As part this commitment we are fully accredited AS-NZS 9001:2008 and have fully implemented John Deere’s JDS-G223 quality standard. Our extensive experience and strengths are in industrial, forestry, mining , marine and agriculture cylinder manufacture where Cost, Quality, Delivery and Performance are critical.

In 2007 we established a branch in Melbourne, Australia to service the Australian market. For many years we have serviced customers scattered around Australia and with the added support from the branch this business is growing rapidly.
