With full-in-house analytical capacity, we can provide 3D modelling, finite element analysis, mathematical CAD, and stress and fatigue life predictions.

In addition to the design and application of hydraulic cylinders and components, we specialise in mechanical product design and analysis, and product documentation – including purchase and maintenance specifications.

We have also developed our own integrated software systems and specialised equipment to support the latest machine technology in our purpose-built Christchurch factory.

This includes CNC horizontal lathes, CNC vertical machining centres with one piece flow, and programmable welding manipulators designed in-house specifically for Victor – all managed by over 30 multi-skilled and highly trained staff.
